Making progress
By the end of 2021, close to 100 percent of Sandvik entities had implemented our compliance tool, Compliance House. 11,593 employees participated in compliance training, including anti-bribery and corruption, competition law, trade compliance and data privacy. There were multiple diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the organization, including cooperation with the non-profit Allbright Foundation, which promotes equality and diversity on the executive business level. Our employees are involved in many Sandvik-supported community projects related to health, education and innovation.
